Having designed hundreds of albums, and collated lots of customer feedback, we built our own software for creating beautiful Fine Art & Every_ Albums, Matted Albums and Coffee Table Book designs. It’s called the Folio Designer and is free for professional photographers.
Our software is fully integrated with our systems and optimised to help you achieve the best quality results. As it’s web-based, we can easily help with your design if you get stuck, or you can ask us to design your whole album – there’s no charge for either.
Once your design is complete, you can send a digital flipbook to your client for free so they can proof the design and add comments to the pages.
You can access Folio Albums Designer by logging into our shop. And there’s a guide for how to use it in our Help Centre, which you can enter once you’re registered.

I have met the Folio Albums team in Atlanta at Imaging USA. They had a tiny booth but I loved their products right away. Some of the other suppliers had way too many options to my taste and I found it overwhelming. Folio have 2 great albums and that’s what I wanted. Also they could manage the French accents on the letters when doing the cover personalization. Also, they have great customer service and always send me tea when I order 🙂
