Are you ready to embark on this journey with us? We've streamlined our processes for simplicity, and the comprehensive guide below will walk you through every step of working with us.   1. Explore who we are

    The first step is discovering our wide range of products available, ranging from Fine Art Albums and prints to various cover materials, finishes and bespoke details. Familiarise yourself with the options to ensure you don’t miss out on anything unexpected. Remember, if you need a little help at any point, you just have to ask. We’re readily available on web chat, email, phone, or, better still, scroll to the bottom of the page and book a consultation session.  

  2. Register with us and access exclusive content

    Our collaboration is exclusively with professional photographers. Sign up for an account to enter our photographers-only Pro Zone area, where you’ll find essential information such as price lists as well as Sales & Marketing support.

    Please note that each registration undergoes manual approval by our team, and as a result, it may take 1-2 business days to receive your login details. While we typically review and approve account registrations within a few hours, if you require urgent access, please proceed with registration and then contact us via phone or online chat.

  3. Design your album

    Craft your design using our free Online Designer, InDesign or Photoshop templates. Alternatively, partner with Fundy, SmartAlbums, AlbumStomp, or Pic-Time.

    Alternatively, if you prefer a hands-free approach, choose your images and then request our free design service. Let our Client Experience team manage the entire design process for you.

  4. Check your files

    While our meticulous team thoroughly inspects each album, you can help by ensuring you’re completely happy with what you send us. Double-check your files, any text, and your shipping address. We want everything that leaves our workshop exactly as you intended it to be. 

  5. Choose those special touches

    Explore our various personalisation options to create bespoke albums for you and your clients. Refer to our Personalisation Matrix located in the Pro Zone to ensure compatibility with the selected cover. Enhance your album presentation with custom Clamshell Boxes, and consider adding Mini Copies for friends and family.

  6. Place and confirm your order

    Once you’ve finalised your design and double-checked everything, visit our online shop to build your order. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on transferring your files. We’ll provide an estimated shipping date, aiming to ship within 10 working days for Fine Art Albums and 15 working days for Matted Albums, but it can take a little longer during busy times of the year. If there are any questions or updates on your order, we’ll keep you informed. Now, relax and await the delivery.
