Craftsmanship assurance

Quality  guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work, which is why each album is accompanied by a manufacturing guarantee. Should you discover any defects in the craftsmanship of your book, rest assured that we will promptly address the issue by repairing or replacing the faulty product at no extra cost to you. Please note, this guarantee does not cover standard wear and tear or accidental damage.

In cases where a replacement is necessary, we may require the original files to ensure precise reproduction. Without these files, reprinting images may not be possible.

Limitations

It’s important to acknowledge that our guarantee does not extend to issues arising from original supplied layouts or errors in ordering, such as inaccuracies in client names for personalisation. We strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting all orders and promptly notifying us of any discrepancies.

Consumer Rights

We understand that circumstances may change, potentially prompting a reconsideration of your order. Below, we have outlined our policies regarding returns and refunds. 

For consumers making purchases for personal use, the standard consumer right to change your mind within a 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to purchases made from our website. This is due to the bespoke nature of the products we provide, which are specifically designed at your request. Consequently, you are not entitled to a refund in the event of a change of mind.

This does not affect your rights as a consumer if the product is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described on our website. In such a case, you may receive a refund, repair or replacement product within 30 days of you receiving the product. After the 30 day period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement only. Please contact us if you have any issues with the quality, fitness or description of the product you have received.

For business customers (photographers), refunds are not guaranteed unless provided at our sole discretion.

Once manufacturing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled by any customer.

Procedures for faulty products

In the rare event that you encounter any faults with our products, please inform us promptly. We will arrange for the faulty item to be collected from your original delivery address and proceed with repair or replacement. This process allows us to conduct a thorough inspection, contributing to ongoing process enhancements.

Return policy

For the purpose of facilitating repair or replacement, the faulty product must be returned to us. Should you choose not to return the product, repair or replacement services cannot be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances

Only in exceptional circumstances, and at our discretion, will you be permitted to keep the product, and we will send a replacement without the faulty item being returned.
