I just love Folio Albums, their quality is excellent. What is really impressive is how they check your spreads before they print them. There have been a couple of instances that I have missed the smallest of errors in the detail. The guys emailed me to highlight these self made faults that could’ve otherwise ruined a beautiful album.

I had been considering albums for along time and had followed Folio on Instagram for quite sometime and was always drawn in by the class and beauty of not only their albums but their prints too.
So I bit the bullet and decided to place an order for a sample album. I could not be happier with how it went. For buttons I forgot to click or just things I wanted to add on, Folio were incredible. I spoke with both Becky and Julie, mostly Becky who was incredibly patient and helpful with my many confusions. Starting into albums is quite daunting and I really appreciate how they bend over backwards to help.

I can’t comment on the album quality… yet but this is a review on absolute first class customer service. I had a zoom meeting with Millie today and she was absolutely outstanding. She had researched me and my website before we met online so before she had even started talking through the products she had picked out ones she thought would fit my business. They were perfect. I was blown away with how personal this service was and Millie is just brilliant. I highly recommend Folio if you are after a personal and tailored experience.
