In order to make sure that your albums are shipped in time, here are those all important deadline dates that you need to know…
Please note: For the below deadlines, we need print-ready files. Any delays in getting print-ready files to us could affect the order shipping in time for Christmas.

Please read the relevent section below to ensure that your albums are shipped to you before the Christmas holidays – the times shown below are all GMT.
UK DEADLINE DATES:
“Uploading your own design” Albums: Midday on November 28th
If you are submitting your own layouts, we will need to receive the print-ready files by midday on the 28th of November in order to ship your order before the Christmas shutdown.
Please note: If you need to re-upload files due to issues spotted during the file checking stage this could affect your ship date.
“Bespoke/Simple Design” Albums: files by midday on November 21st/approved by midday on November 28th
If you are using our design service, we will need to receive your individual jpg image files by midday on the 21st of November. The design will then need to be approved by the 28th of November in order to get your order shipped before the Christmas shutdown.
Please note: Any delays with requesting changes/approving the design could affect your ship date.
UK REMOTE LOCATION DELIVERIES [Inc’ N.I]:
If UPS consider your address to be a remote location, or if you are based in Northern Ireland, we need print-ready files by: Midday on November 26th
Where remote deliveries are concerned, we are sadly at the mercy of UPS. We need all designs uploaded or approved by midday on Monday the 26th of November so we can ship your albums on Monday 17th of December. This allows UPS to have the package in time for their next delivery to your location.
Please note: When you are submitting your own designs, if you need to re-upload files due to issues spotted during the file checking stage this could affect your ship date.
For any orders using our design service: Any delays with requesting changes/approving the design could affect your ship date.
EU/INTERNATIONAL DEADLINE DATES:
Please note: we will ship taking into account the delivery dates provided by UPS at the time of shipping. Any hold ups at customs clearance could affect your delivery, however this is something that we cannot predict or control. We will ship with UPS provided dates as our guide.
“Uploading your own design” Albums: Midday on November 23rd
If you are an EU, or International customer, we will need your files by midday on the 23rd of November if you are submitting your own designs.
Please note: If you need to re-upload files due to issues spotted during the file checking stage this could affect your ship date.
“Bespoke/Simple design” Albums: files by midday on November 16th/approved by midday on November 23rd
If you are an EU, or International customer, we will need to receive your individual jpg image files by midday on the 16th of November and get the designs approved by the 23rdth of November to get your order shipped before the Christmas shutdown.
