Worn, but certainly not weary

Some portraits just beg to be shown off to the world and we’ve developed our Eco-Frames to do just that. With real feeling.

Each frame is made from reclaimed timber with its own, individual story. It may have heritage as a railway sleeper or been rescued from the floor of a Victorian house, and the same goes for the nails and other bits and pieces that go into hand-crafting it. Rather than sanding the frame down to create a dull, standardised product, we preserve its one-off texture and character and allow it to flourish so that the frame is part of the overall image and doesn’t merely encase it.

We offer three sizes of frame to accommodate prints of 15”x10”, 18”x12”, or 24”x16”.

Naturally we let you choose the finished look.

The natural patina of the wood makes our frames wonderful to hold and behold and we enhance that by adding either an Antique Brown or distressed Vintage White finish. The choice is yours.

Just rest assured our wood stains are water-based and environmentally-friendly.

Exacting presentation. Always...

We pay every bit as much attention to presenting the print itself as the frame that surrounds it.

Each portrait is printed on to an archival quality heavyweight canvas which is sealed with a water-based fine art varnish to provide a timeless matte finish to complement the beauty of the wood.

Made lovingly. Just for us.

Our frames are hand-made in the UK by a husband and wife team, who also source each piece of wood themselves. The care they take is obvious and they produce these products exclusively for our company.
