Gemma is part of our bindery team, she is artistic, creative and an absolute pro at handcrafting our box products.

She loves autumn, the smell of peppermint and a good caramel latte. She has a cat called Frida and a degree in Art and Design. Her favourite food is blueberry pancakes. Her favourite places are Kos and Budapest and we are lucky enough to be regularly treated to her baking.
