When can I expect to receive my album?

We aim to ship your album within 15 working days. We’ll keep you posted via email throughout the entire process, so we’ll let you know if it’s due to arrive earlier.

If your order includes logo debossing we’ll need 20 working days in total for the first order to allow for your bespoke die to be made.

Your expected ship date is calculated depending on when we receive your layouts. If they are uploaded before 12pm then we’ll calculate the ship date from the day of upload, or the following day if after 12pm. For example, if you upload your images at 10am on the 1st of the month, we would expect to ship your album on 22nd of the month, or 29th if it was the first order with a bespoke studio logo. If we received the files after 12pm on the 1st of the month the expected ship date would be 23rd of the month, or the 30th if it was the first order with a bespoke studio logo.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, please get in contact with us to discuss shipping to your country.

Which courier company do you use?

After much research we decided to partner with UPS. Not only is the service fantastic, but they also offset the carbon allowing our shipping service to be carbon neutral. Yay!

How much is shipping?

The shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are based upon your delivery address.

Most mainland UK addresses are £9.95 with Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and remote destinations being a little more.

EU and rest of the world shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the shipment and your address. You can check the price by adding an album to your cart and going through the checkout process (obviously don’t complete the checkout process if you’re just looking for a quote). Alternatively contact us and we’ll give you an estimate.

What if I’m located nearby, can I collect?

No problem, we’re keen to reduce our carbon footprint. Just choose to collect from Folio Albums HQ during checkout.

Do I need to pay UK VAT?

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, we’ll include a full VAT invoice with your shipment.
